Cancellation Policy

We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Credit card information is required to hold any appointments made, even if you are using a gift certificate. Your card will be charged in full for the service(s) you had scheduled if appointment is missed or you do not give a cancellation notice within 24 hours.

Gift Certificates

Have no expiration date. If you are using a gift certificate to pay for a service you must bring the certificate with you. We will try to look up the number, but if we cannot find it on file then you cannot use it.
